The Soho House Group, a collection of private members’ clubs, restaurants and hotels in the UK, USA and Berlin, caters to those in the film, media and creative industries. Babington House, the boutique hotel in Somerset, is visiting Abergavenny this year, bringing ingredients from its on-site Walled Garden which will be combined with barbecued, locally-sourced seafood. Ronnie Bonetti, Head Chef, and his team will be preparing exciting dishes for all visitors to taste.
Most recently, the Soho House Group have launched Cookhouse, a new in-house brand and magazine, promoting the food philosophy of all their sites, from Soho House West Hollywood to Pizza East, London and Babington House, Somerset.
Cookhouse is aimed at enhancing chefs’ experiences with seasonal trips (like foraging, stages or masterclasses) as well as opportunities to travel from the UK to Berlin to the West and East coasts of the US.
